To provide our delivery services, we collect only the necessary information required to verify your identity and deliver products to your doorstep:

Full Name: Collected to identify your orders and personalize your delivery receipts.
Phone Number: Collected strictly for account verification (via SMS OTP). We do not use your phone number for unsolicited marketing or sales calls, and we never share or sell it to any third party.
Delivery Addresses: Collected for routing deliveries to your location. We store this securely and do not share our location/delivery data with anyone except the assigned delivery agent.
Feedback, Ratings & Reviews: If you rate our app or rate completed orders (1-5 star ratings and comments), we store this data. This feedback is strictly private and visible only to system administrators for service improvements. It is never displayed publicly to other customers or shared with external parties.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following specific operational purposes:

To verify your identity during registration and login via SMS OTP codes.
To process, verify, and complete your grocery orders.
To communicate order status, delivery arrival times, and customer support queries.
To manage and save your delivery addresses for a faster checkout experience.
To allow administrators to review order ratings and feedback to improve delivery operations.

3. Third-Party Services & Authentication

We use secure third-party verification services to manage secure SMS phone login authentication.

When you request a sign-in OTP, your mobile number is securely transmitted to our verification partner to deliver the SMS code.
We monitor and log verification requests to identify automated traffic, bot accounts, and prevent security and rate abuse.

4. Local Storage

We use your device's local storage to store user preference data on your local device. This is used strictly to remember:

Your active sign-in session key (preventing the need to log in every time you open the app).
Your marked favorites list.
Your interactive onboarding tutorial completion state.

We do not run tracking cookies, pixel trackers, or targeted advertising tools.

5. Data Storage & Security

We take the security of your personal data very seriously. All information collected is stored in secured private cloud databases. We implement security best practices (including encryption and server isolation) to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of your personal information.

6. Data Sharing & Disclosures

We value your privacy. We do not share, sell, rent, or disclose your personal data, phone number, or delivery addresses with any third-party marketing companies, advertisers, or other customers. Your data is shared only with backend service APIs and assigned delivery agents to complete your orders.

7. Your Rights and Data Deletion

You have the right to access, edit, or delete your saved delivery addresses at any time inside the app profile settings. If you wish to delete your account or have your personal profile permanently removed from our databases, please contact our support team at 7002240972 or email us at iam@ankurgogoi.com. Your records will be deleted from our cloud servers within 30 days.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect modifications in our services or security practices. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the policy page within the app and updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
